Invoice Meadow is engineered from the ground up as a client-side static web application. When you type in business names, addresses, banking details, line items, and client information, that data exists solely in your web browser's memory and local storage (localStorage).

We have no backend database, no user accounts, and no logging of invoice contents. We cannot see, read, copy, or sell your invoice details because that data never leaves your computer or phone.

2. Local Storage and Data Control

To save you time on repeat visits, Invoice Meadow remembers your last-used business details, default tax rates, and sequential invoice counter in your browser's localStorage.

You can clear this information at any time by clearing your browser's website data or clicking the data reset controls in the tool. You also have full control to export and import your settings as JSON files.

3. Display Advertising & Analytics

Invoice Meadow is monetized through standard online display advertising. We use privacy-compliant, Google-certified consent management for visitors from the UK, European Economic Area, and Canada.

Third-party ad vendors (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can manage your personalized ad preferences through your browser settings or our consent banner.
